Orwell Park named in UK Top 50 Prep Schools for Cricket

The UK’s best schools for cricket have been revealed in The Cricketer’s Schools Guide 2025.

Schools were judged against an extensive set of criteria, which included a compelling commitment to cricket in the curriculum, facilities, fixture programmes and coaching.

Mr Mansfield (Head of Cricket and Suffolk Men’s 1st XI Head Coach) is delighted to feature again as a top 50 prep school for cricket, it is a true testament to all games staff at Orwell!

Coaching continues through the Autumn and Spring Terms, led by Mr Mansfield, with many children receiving group or one to one sessions from the age of 6.
