Our Projects
The Orwell Park School Foundation (reg. charity 1070488) facilitates the advancement of education by providing support to Orwell Park School Educational Trust Limited, financing projects which the Educational Trust would not be able to afford from fee income alone.
The Foundation was created in 1996 to ensure that the School’s buildings and landscape are restored for future generations to enjoy. In the past, projects have been funded by generous individual donations as legacies or contributions. The projects were managed by the school with input from a team of professional experts to ensure that restoration or redevelopment is carried out in the most appropriate way and to the highest standards.
Now, the Foundation is working to support a range of projects, from restoration of the 19th century Observatory to supporting bursaries for children who could not otherwise enjoy an Orwell Park education.
Those who know Orwell Park understand what makes it so special. It is essential that Orwell Park be allowed to continue to enable children to learn and grow in such a wonderful and unique environment.

Wilkinson-Spurgeon Bursary Fund
Our endowment fund to support bursaries in perpetuity, established in recognition of the School's founding families.
Thanks to a generous benefactor, the WSBF has been established to enable bursary provision at Orwell Park to continue in perpetuity. You can make a one-off or recurring donation to the Fund using the Donate button below or alternatively you can leave a legacy to the Fund.
Every year, hardworking pupils from disadvantaged families seek a better education and a better future. Through our bursary programme, we already support many individuals in preparing for senior school and achieving their dreams. But there is so much more we could do. With your help, our bursary programme could grow immensely, enabling us to offer many more places to deserving young people who, for whatever reason, do not have access to a good quality learning environment. This may be due to a difficult family situation or background, or other factors. Whatever the reason, we want to be able to support these young people and to enable them to flourish. With your support, we can do so much more. Please join us by making a donation today.
