Skyla’s Swimming Success!

There are only a certain number of meets a year where swimmers can qualify for regional and county championships and this was one!

In essence, lots of training all comes down to one chance. 

The Iceni Open Meet was hosted in Norfolk. The purpose of the event is to enable athletes to achieve times for entry into Regional and County Championships.

Skyla achieved county times in all 6 events she was entered into and a regional time in 50m freestyle. She won 3 golds as fastest girl in her age category in 50m and 100m freestyle and 50m breastroke.
